Can you believe I found this precious children’s FireKing mug for 50 cents? I absolutely adore the sweet little prayer and the charming illustration. Who wouldn’t want to drink a nice glass of milk when they could be using this mug? I found a few other things, too. The bowl from a washbasin set that matches my kitchen stuff nicely, a few very vintage tins and a nice little corner shelf.

You wouldn’t believe the stuff at the thrift store today! My mom was with me, so I convinced her to pay for the stuff I got so we could qualify for what we like to call the “Wisdom Discount” instead of the senior citizen discount. I got all of this neat Fire King and Pyrex stuff for the kitchen.
